slow internet connection after bought data add on

hello.. my issue is i'm having really bad internet speed after i buy add on plan RM75 for 10 GB data.

this is my yes no 0185973710 and my account HAIZAN.BINTI@YES.MY

im having this problem since 9 sept 2016. i did contact the yescare hotline and after reboot and factory reset the problem still occur till now.

please help me.. im feel really bad because there is no internet speed as icant go surfing anything watching youtube and etc.
